Starlight PDF is licensed, not sold. By purchasing and using this software, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Starlight PDF on your devices.

Payments and billing are handled securely by Stripe. All payment information is processed by Stripe and subject to their terms and privacy policy. We do not store or access your payment details.
We reserve the right to suspend or revoke licenses if these Terms are violated.
Starlight PDF is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding performance, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author of Starlight PDF shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or other losses arising from the use of the software.
Starlight PDF is a third-party plugin for Obsidian.md. It is an independent project and is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Obsidian.md or its developers. Obsidian is a trademark of its respective owners.

Starlight PDF values your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected and how it is handled.
When purchasing a license, your email address and payment details are collected by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not collect, process, or store this data ourselves.
Email: Used only to generate and deliver your license key.
Payment details: Handled exclusively by Stripe; we never see or store them.
Your email and license key are not stored on our servers.
Stripe may store billing details as required by law (see Stripe Privacy Policy).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties.
Starlight PDF does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies.
